Abstract:
This paper describes a new simulation tool for integrated passive structures. It is based on a distributed circuit theory model and provides simulation of power electronics circuits in both the frequency and time domains. A lot of work has been done recently on accurate modelling of these integrated structures, but integration into a circuit level simulator remains to be achieved. This paper brings us one step closer to this ultimate goal.
