We experimentally demonstrate a chromatic dispersion insensitive PMD monitoring technique using a polarization-based interferometer filter for phase-shift-keyed transmission systems. This technique can monitor 0-100ps of DGD, insensitive to 0-650 ps/nm chromatic dispersion.
