We developed a 100 Gbps bandwidth (12.5 Gbps/ch x 8 ch) flexible optoelectronic interconnection with electrical circuits and 40 um core multi-mode optical waveguide circuits. The electrical circuits work for not only electrical interconnections but also electrodes for wiring the optical devices and buffer ICs.
