Abstract:
We propose all-optical phase-interleaving to phase-multiplex 2x/3x10-Gb/s DPSK-WDM signals to a 20/30-Gb/s DPSK in NRZ, using FWM in HNLF over a 40-nm tuning-range. It does not require additional precoder and offers high spectral-efficiency without pulse-carving.
