We demonstrate the first hybrid DWDM transmission of 107-Gb/s and 42.7-Gb/s channels with 1.4-bits/s/Hz spectral efficiency. 16 polarization-multiplexed 107-Gb/s RZ-DQPSK and 42.7-Gb/s RZ-DQPSK channels were transmitted over 16x 80-km SSMF spans and 4 bandwidth-managed ROADMs.
