Abstract:
Co-operative Systems for ITS are seen as an efficient way to further improve road safety and traffic efficiency. Many stakeholders must co-operate to start the deployment and the standardization is necessary. The European Commission issued the mandate M/453 to ETSI and CEN to further develop cooperative ITS in Europe.
