Abstract:
In recent years, the power electronics systems are expected not only to improve the performance but also to expand the applied area for green energy solutions, and the power modules are also strongly expected as its key devices. These market trends require the power electronics systems to change the topology from 2 Level to 3 Level Power Solution. This paper will explain the feature and the component technology of our new power modules for 3 Level Power Solution. We believe our new products will easily realize the 3 Level power electronics systems with the maximum benefit.
