Abstract:
With the development of the power electronic technology, the power device plays a very important role in power electronic equipment, and how to select power device for an actual application is a complicated issue. This paper shows the method that how to select HVIGBT for an actual application, which considers the factors from power losses, robustness and the operation life of HVIGBT.
