This paper presents an optimal parameters design method with an improved space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), for the proposed high gain current source inverter (CSI). A dual-loop control strategy is formulated by analyzing its outer-loop and inner-loop controllers in grid-connected mode. Simulation results in MATLAB prove that novel CSI with proposed control strategy and optimal parameters can realize high-gain output and steady operation.
