Abstract:
This paper presents an update of a compact and low-cost setup for generating SEL and SEU in COTS CMOS components as well as investigation results regarding SEE in microcontrollers. The setup consists of a laser source including focussing optics, as well as an XY stage for positioning the laser spot on the chip.
