Abstract:
The use of functional material to assemble pre-programmed graphics at the nano scale is among the most studied nano-biological system field. Because of the natural characteristics of DNA molecules: nanoscale, parallelism and specific hybridization, DNA has become a versatile material for constructing shapes. Here we design an encryption system based on two dimensional DNA origami planar, where the azobenzene DNA single strand acts as an anchor, combined with nanoparticles, achieving information encryption (visible light) and decryption (ultra-violet) through light control.
