Abstract:
Bioconductor is software repository of R packages which collectively provide a computational environment for analysis and comprehension of high-throughput genomic data. To support convenient visualization of Bioconductor data classes, an R/Bioconductor package TnT is developed by wrapping the TnT JavaScript libraries into R. The package provides a way to view track-based annotation data in an interactive genome browser which allows panning, zooming and showing external information with tooltip. Different types of tracks are available, including the ones for showing genes and transcripts. Both convenience and flexibility are taken into consideration during the design of the package. The package is freely available from Bioconductor at: https://bioconductor.org/packages/TnT.
