Abstract:
This research aims at exploring the differential expression of genes that relating to CHD (congenital heart disease) and analyzing genes in bioinformatics way. Genes that may associated with CHD were exploited in references. The gene expression data were downloaded from GEO datasets. We use R language and GCBI bioinformatics platform and other analysis tools were used to draw the heat map of CHD gene expression. Then we filtered genes that express differently during the heart development were filtered and analyzed using GO enrichment. Finally, we screened genes were screened secondary and established molecular network was built. Result: A total of 206 differentially expressed genes were identified, with 182 up-regulated genes and 24 down-regulated genes. Through GO enrichment analysis, 7 key gene nodes (Col1a, Epha3, Myh1, Tpr, Crebbp, Mef2c, Kmt2c) from in the whole gene regulation network were identified. We conclude that these 7 genes may be involved in the occurrence of congenital heart disease.
