Abstract:
Fusobacterium (F.) necrophorum (AB), a gram-negative obligate anaerobe, a kind of conditional pathogens, is often into organism with Corynebacterium pyogenes and Staphylococcus aureus and is the main pathogens of liver abscesses in ruminants and lemierre’s syndrome and acute tonsillitis in humans. Currently, there is no effective way to resist the spread of F. necrophorum (AB).The outer membrane proteins (OMP) of F. necrophorum (AB) can be used as a novel vaccine candidate to protect against the diseases induced by F. necrophorum (AB). It is imperative to study the effects of the 44.5 kDa OMP isolated and cloned from F. necrophorum (AB) on Mouse macrophages (AnA-1). The results may be important for the prevention and treatment of the diseases from F. necrophorum (AB).
