Abstract:
In this paper we study a model of Cellular Nonlinear Networks (CNN) with dynamic memories synapses. First, we consider the hysteresis phenomena. We present the hysteresis relation in a memristive system in order to compare it with the model which we consider. Edge of chaos regime is determined for the model of CNN with dynamic memory synapses. Numerical simulations illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
