Abstract:
Charging management is often used for load control on charging stations, thus preventing grid overload. So far, no at-tention has been paid to scenarios with extreme requirements, for example a police fleet. The aim of this paper is to research how the uncertainties occurring in a police fleet can be included in the charge control. For this investigation, charging management will be combined with methods for planning under uncertainties such as a risk analysis. For conclusion, a consistent charging management system could be developed to better comply with grid restrictions and ensure that the police cars have enough charge for 24/7 patrol duty. It is intended to assign this management to other extreme scenarios such as authorities in the field of internal, public and homeland security.
