Abstract:
Based on the electronic medical data of hospital information system, the application characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) rehabilitation in the real world are studied. The purpose is to analyze the population characteristics, diagnostic characteristics and rehabilitation intervention characteristics of TCM rehabilitation technology in the real world for stroke patients, and to provide a reasonable reference for the clinical intervention of TCM rehabilitation technology. Based on the large-scale integrated data warehouse constructed by the electronic medical record data of the hospital information system of a third-class A hospital in Hunan Province, the electronic medical record data of stroke patients treated with rehabilitation technology of TCM from January 1, 2015 to December 16, 2017 were extracted. SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze demographic information, diagnostic information and rehabilitation intervention information of TCM.
