Abstract:
This paper will discuss the regulatory and economic aspects of a distributed monitoring and control of private chargers in low voltage networks. It presents a technical concept for the required information and communication technology. In addition, it will show that the distribution system operator can obtain sustainable technical and economic benefits by controlling the charging power of connected private chargers.
