Abstract:
This paper presents the eBoot project, which has as general objective the development of a CO2 neutral boat for general use in excursions in Fulda. The main characteristic of the boat will be a fully electrified propulsion system, powered by batteries, a fuel cell and other energy sources, such as a photovoltaic system integrated into the boat. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to work with limitations such as energy storage, energy management and integration of the vehicle into the grid. In this project we highlight not only the development of an electric vehicle but also the automation system used to treat the above mentioned limitations.
