In this paper we present a frequency dependent nonlinear magnetic material model based on the recently published adapted Jiles Atherton Model. Using the conceptual idea of Jiles and fundamental measurement data we can implement a model which facilitates accurate loss prediction for arbitrary signals. We discuss the theoretical background of the model and show the practical implementation in VHDL-AMS.
