Abstract:
The new AEC-Q101 40V STPOWER STripFET(exp TM) F7 MOSFETs showing an optimized capacitance ratio tailored for compliance with both low power dissipation and electromagnetic interference requirements combined with the robust LFPAK package are ideal for safety and transmission automotive segments where higher BLR (Board Reliability Level) ruggedness is required.
