Abstract:
Reliability is one of the most important quality characteristics of power semiconductor. The operating capability at high humidity is a key indicator. Theoretical research and market cases are combined together to analyze the impact of high humidity on semiconductor reliability. At the same time, some comprehensive and practical actions to reduce the influence of humidity to achieve higher reliability are explained.
