              Abstract:
Current harmonics occur in many electrical machines. They can generate increased engine noise and power losses. In this paper, three control algorithms for the suppression of current harmonics are presented and compared: Iterative Learning Control, the suppression of current harmonics with additional PI-controllers, and state space control with sinusoidal disturbance models. They are tested on a testbench environment. The research aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the selected control algorithms.
