Abstract:
Electrical vehicles (EV) expect to become ideal transportation tools in the future. Since 1997, Mitsubishi Electric has been contributing to the electrification of vehicles by releasing products such as DIPIPM, IPM, T-PM and IGBT modules. This paper introduces a compact solution of IGBT-module from Mitsubishi Electric for traction inverter application of electric vehicles.
