Abstract:
With the development of the city, the discussion about the relationship between transportation and land has lasted for a long time. Under the background of stock planning, underground space development is an important way to expand the space capacity of high-density areas in cities. While major cities in China have built rail transit to bring great convenience to residents’ travel, they also have a profound impact on the development of underground space in central urban areas. Through combing the development of rail transit and underground space, we can analyze the mutual promotion of the integration of the two, and clarify the integration effect of the two through the comparison of the characteristics of rail transit and underground space, and elaborate on the three aspects of functional requirements, construction requirements and spatial composite utilization requirements. The urban underground public space and rail transit are necessary. Finally, it is pointed out that the integrated development of underground public space and rail transit in the urban center is the basic guarantee for improving the utilization value and efficiency of underground public space.
