Abstract:
The welding process of key structural parts of construction hoist (such as standard section, wall attached frame, hanging cage) has been in the state of manual or semi-mechanized operation for a long time. There are many problems such as low welding efficiency, poor weld quality and high production cost. The automatic welding equipment can provide an automatic robot welding operation mode, which can automatically transport and clamp parts for welding. Aiming at the flexible control requirements of welding robot, the PLCopen motion control technology is deeply studied, and the axisgroup motion function block is designed to realize the master-slave coordinated control of multiple robots; aiming at the welding process characteristics of standard section, wall attached frame and hanging cage, the corresponding robot welding workstation is designed to realize the automatic welding and handling of three types of structural parts. After practical application, these automatic welding workstations can greatly improve the work efficiency and product welding quality.
