Abstract:
In this paper, an ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna used in high power pulse emitter is introduced. This antenna can also be used in antenna array as element antenna array. The UWB composite antenna is simulated and geometrically optimized, and the simulation and optimization results are obtained. The main purpose of this optimization is to increase the electric field intensity of the antenna in the maximum radiation direction. After optimization, the radiation intensity of the antenna in this direction increases by 2%. However, in the high frequency band greater than 1.7 GHz, the electric field radiation intensity in the maximum radiation direction increases significantly, reaching more than 5%.
