Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of higher standard diameter measurement of circular cable and meet the requirements of high-speed, real-time and stable communication, a real-time steady-state communication network design scheme based on RS-485 fieldbus was proposed by analyzing the working characteristics and requirements of measurement and control instrument for circular cable production. This paper gives a brief overview of the design logic and communication protocol of the network. It can meet the requirements of serial, real-time, bidirectional and stable communication of measurement and control instrument of circular cable production.
