Abstract:
In order to study the after-effect damage of shaped charge jet on armor, the SPH algorithm in ANSYS/Autodyn was used to conduct numerical simulation of shaped charge jet penetrating 603 steel target plate with 56mm charge diameter. The simulation results agree well with the existing experiment data existing experiments, which verified the correctness and effectiveness of the numerical simulation in this paper. The quantity, mass, velocity and scatter angle of debris behind the armor are analyzed, and the damage range of fragments to the target is calculated according to the distribution law of fragments behind the target. The simulation results show that the number of fragments behind the target is 194, more than 90% of fragments are distributed in the area with a scatter angle of 30deg, the mass range is 4mg~117mg, the velocity range is 447m/s~4255m/s, and the effective damage range of debris behind the armor is the circular area with a scatter angle of 30deg.
