Abstract:
Nowadays, computer technology has gone deep into the field of mechanical manufacturing and processing, which is reflected in all aspects of mechanical manufacturing and processing. Establish the database, realize the lightweight design of the system, and improve the production efficiency. The use of the database management system makes full use of the powerful processing power of the computer and uses the object-oriented technology to realize the data management. As an intelligent computer program, expert system simulates human experts and solves various complex problems in the process of mechanical manufacturing. Through 3DMPS and 3DAST software, process designers can realize the convenience brought by the application of computer technology in process processing and process assembly, and can feel the strong productivity brought by the application of computer technology. At the same time, combined with digital twin technology, they can imagine the realization of digital factory in the future.
