Abstract:
There are various kinds of particle impurities, algae, silt and zooplankton in the special environment of seawater. Besides, some sea water is muddy. As a result, the communication process there is frequently interrupted. To solve the problem, an anti-jamming transmission method was studied to transmit video underwater. The method could adapt to different kinds of noise and the middle pause and data loss caused by floating occlusion. On the one hand, the high and low frequency video frames were separated to more effectively protect details; on the other hand, the image restoration was conducted by fully using the similarity between low-frequency adjacent pixels, which had quite strong anti-interference ability.
