Abstract:
In the new application fields such as electron beam 3D printing, there are some problems in the process of electron beam deflection scanning, such as inaccurate precision and low frequency of deflection scanning, which lead to the error of electron beam deflection scanning track and affect the processing quality of electron beam. To solve these problems, a high-frequency precision scanning control method of electron beam based on DSP is proposed. The track repair system of electron beam deflection scanning is designed. The system can be divided into three parts: data table generation of electron beam vector scanning target, power amplification module, deflection scanning trajectory correction and so on, so as to achieve the purpose of bias scanning trajectory correction. The experimental results show that the electron beam bias scanning can generate circular wave triangle wave and a variety of complex graphics, and can choose any scanning mode, such as point, line, surface scanning.
