Abstract:
Aiming at the high energy consumption and high pollution of the welding process, this paper proposes a green welding process planning evaluation method based on combined weights and gray correlation analysis. First, based on the input and output (IPO) model of the welding process, a comprehensive evaluation index system for green welding process planning is constructed; secondly, a comprehensive weighting method for evaluation indexes based on the analytic hierarchy process-entropy method is proposed, which is calculated by GRA .The gray correlation degree is used to comprehensively evaluate the various welding process plans and rank them; finally, a case analysis of the green welding process planning evaluation for the car body splicing process of an automobile factory in Hubei verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
