Multi-functional Electric Standing and Walking Aids

Abstract:
In view of the increasing cost of nursing, a multifunctional electric standing and walking aids (MESWA) with power system is proposed. The walking aids can not only meet the needs of patients for posture transfer, standing training, walking training, etc., but also reduce the number and work intensity of nursing staff, and improve the patient's ability to take care of themselves in life. In this paper, the overall structure of the walking aids is designed in accordance with the relevant standards of rehabilitation appliances, the strength of its key load-bearing components is statically simulated, and a set of adaptive control schemes are proposed.
