Abstract:
Reliability of civil aircraft is an important cornerstone for the success of civil aircraft and has a great impact on the correct realization of safety, maintainability and testability of civil aircraft. Reliability verification is a reliability assessment activity to determine whether the process implementation of an aircraft, system or equipment meets the reliability design requirements. Whether the reliability can be correctly verified is related to the correctness and integrity of the safety, maintainability and testability design conclusions. Based on engineering practice, this paper systematically describes the reliability verification work that needs to be carried out in the whole life cycle of airborne equipment from the perspective of the generic quality characteristics design of civil aircraft. For different types of equipment, different verification methods need to be adopted in different design stages to ensure the correct implementation of reliability. The work is carried out to provide a strong reliability of civil aircraft on-board equipment and to lay the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft.
