Abstract:
A parallel weft beating mechanism based on increasing force was designed to solve the matter of uneven weft density caused by insufficient beating force output in the actual weaving process of high thickness and high density three-dimensional fabric. The beating-up force was calculated according to the theory of the multi-layer angle interlocking fabric beating-up force, and the kinematic analysis of the beating-up mechanism model and the transient dynamics analysis of the beating-up process were carried out. Finally, the response surface structure optimization was carried out for the deformation caused by the cam in the mechanism in the transmission process. It can be concluded that compared with the beating-up mechanism of the crank-slider three-dimensional loom, the displacement and speed of the mechanism when the reed reaches the shed position are increased by 6.47% and 7.75% respectively, which further improves the output of the beating-up force; The mechanism adopts a separate reed, which effectively reduces the deformation of the reed teeth. The maximum deformation of the reed teeth is only 0.01506mm, which is 86.33% less than the deformation of the traditional fixed reed teeth of 0.11013mm; After the response surface structure is optimized, the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 0.78%, and the maximum deformation is reduced by 0.51%, which effectively improves the service life of the cam during movement.
