Abstract:
In view of the current Baha racing design, the design of most racing cars mainly stays on the structure and lightweight design of the whole car, while racing cars need to ensure the comprehensive mechanical properties related to man-machine problems, such as driver's safety, ride comfort, driving handling and stability. Therefore, ergonomic design is the trend of racing design in the future. In this paper, the ergonomics principle is used to analyze and optimize the reasonable design among people, racing car and driving environment, so as to improve the rationality of cab internal structure design and the safety of external structure to human body. ANSYS and ADAMS are used to simulate and analyze each structure of racing car, and the dynamic model of racing car is established in ADAMS/CAR software. After the analysis, the racing car is optimized again, so that the whole car model is more in line with the man-machine size and aesthetic requirements of the specific team, and the best layout scheme for the coordinated operation among people, racing components and driving environment is realized, thus improving the comprehensive performance of the racing car.
