Abstract:
According to ECE R29-03, a frontal pendulum impact model of a commercial vehicle cab was established. Simulation analysis was carried out in LS-DYNA, and comprehensive evaluation of the living space of the driver during the whole collision process was carried out. Then, the lightweight optimization design was carried out while considering the passive safety of the cab. First, through analysis of the relative sensitivity out seven board piece thickness as the cab lightweight optimization design variables, the minimum quality of bridge as the target, with the invasion of the steering column, dashboard and steering wheel quantity as constraint, choose optimal Latin hypercube algorithm to generate sample points, Kriging approximation model structure, and combined with the second generation of the genetic algorithm optimization. The optimization results show that under the premise of ensuring the passive safety of the cab, the weight of the cab is reduced by 13.2kg, and a better lightweight effect is achieved.
