Simulation and optimization for the green manufacturing system of a particleboard manufacturer

Abstract:
With the advance of supply-side reform and the intensification of the pressure of environmental regulation in the wood market, particleboard manufacturers pay more and more attention to the construction and optimization of green manufacturing system. An efficient green manufacturing system will bring economic, ecological and social benefits to particleboard manufacturers. In this paper, one particleboard factory is taken as example, and we use the Flexsim software to simulate its green manufacturing system. Based on the simulation, we identify the bottleneck of the system and make the corresponding optimization.
