Abstract:
The size of the grinding force in the grinding and finishing process of castings is an important basis for determining the grinding status, efficiency and quality of the castings. In traditional manual polishing operations, the parameter setting is completely determined by experience, and the process lacks data support of process parameters. This subject carries out the experimental research of casting grinding force, using multi-factor experimental methods to analyze the relationship between grinding force and spindle speed, diamond tool grinding particle size, grinding thickness, feed speed and other parameters, which will be useful for the future development of casting automation. The research and development of cleaning equipment and force control technology provide data reference. This subject carries out experimental research on casting grinding force, using multi-factor experimental methods to analyzes the relationship between grinding force and spindle speed, diamond tool grinding particle size, grinding thickness, feed speed and other parameters.
