Study on Structural Optimization Design and Performance of Spherical Conical Big Hole Liner

Abstract:
At present, big hole perforating bullet is the most commonly used type of bullet in perforation completion. EFP research in national defense and research on perforating bombs in civilian blasting equipment strive to achieve deeper penetration and larger apertures. In order to study the sphereical cone big hole type shaped charge liner thickness of the optimal parameters, the numerical simulation software of different wall thickness cone big hole type liner, for a numerical simulation based on jet, jet head and tail velocity, perforation diameter and perforation depth, analysis the sphereical cone type big hole liner thickness of perforating charge on the influence of the penetration performance. The ground simulated test of loading gun through steel target and penetrating cylindrical concrete was carried out to verify the different wall thickness of the liner. The Numerical simulation calculation indicate that 1.0mm spherical cone with big hole diameter has deeper penetration depth, and the perforation aperture of 1.2mm spherical cone with big hole diameter is larger. The ground simulation test of loading gun through steel target and cylindrical concrete target gives the test results that are highly in line with the results calculated by simulation software. Finally, according to the actual requirements of well conditions, 1.0mm spherical conical big hole liner is the best scheme.
