Abstract:
In the process of crude oil extraction, paraffin accumulation in oil wells has been a serious problem, under the influence of it, the production of crude oil is seriously reduced and some wells have to be shut down. In order to solve the problem of wax coagulation in oil pipes, a traditional electrothermal wax removal device has been thoroughly studied and a new method of section electrothermal wax removal has been presented in this article. By applying this method, the heating target section of pumping rod can be controlled by engineer to achieve the goal of heating evenly throughout the well, and then to clear all paraffin condensed on the wall of tubing and increase fluidity of crude oil.
