Abstract:
The design of foundations for wind turbines is an important condition for the treatment of soft ground and the assurance of the safe operation of wind turbines. With the improvement of the economy, safety and construction conditions, this paper analyses the law of internal stress distribution on the bottom plate of lattice spread-footing foundations for wind turbines by ANSYS finite element software, obtains the bearing capacity of the ground, foundation deformation and shearing and punching resistance, and puts forward the design criteria of lattice spread-footing foundations. In the process of foundation design, the bearing capacity of the ground should not be less than 180 kPa, and the compression modulus should not be less than 9 MPa.
