Abstract:
In order to reduce the noise and vibration of electric vehicle transmission, the paper at hand firstly analyzes the excitation source and improvement methods of static transmission error (STE) of meshing gears, and then the structure of a twostage transmission is briefly introduced. Based on the Monte Carlo sampling method a global sensitivity analysis method, Sobol method, is introduced, where STE is chosen as objective function, micro-parameters, macro-parameters and system parameters of meshing gears are utilized to carry out the global sensitivity analysis, in the end sensitivity index of characteristic parameters under different torque are obtained, the convergence of the results is verified by a recurrence sampling method. By comparing the sensitivity indexes, the characteristic parameters that have a greater impact on the STE are screened out, and the parameter optimization scheme to improve the STE is obtained. In the following optimization work, the dimension of optimization model will be reduced by excluding the characteristic parameters with low sensitivity index, so as to improve the efficiency of parameter optimization.
