Abstract:
Aiming at the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency in modeling production lines by discrete aircraft manufacturers using simulation tools, a method of establishing a surrogate model to replace the original simulation model is proposed. First, sample sampling was carried out using the test method of Latin Hypercube design, the surrogate model was established using the internationally advanced Kriging model, and the accuracy was checked by absolute error percentage and mean square error. Taking a production line of an aviation company as an example, a mapping relationship model between the work characteristics and the production line output is constructed, and the validity of the model is verified. The results show that this method can improve the efficiency of optimization, reduce the cost of the algorithm, and provide a new way of thinking for enterprises to optimize production line modeling methods and improve efficiency.
