Abstract:
The traditional printed circuit board processing production line often encounters many serious information island problems during production management. There is relative independence between production equipments, and the data between equipment and equipment cannot be exchanged. The implementation of management and control of production data have further led to a decrease in production efficiency and quality. In response to this problem, this paper designs a PCB drilling production line, and builds a data acquisition system framework for this production line. The system is divided into three layers: equipment layer, service layer, and data processing layer. The problem of "information silo" between the two uses OPC UA technology to standardize the data of the configured devices, and then use 5G and WIFI to transmit the collected data to the data processing layer, and propose the time series data sampling frequency in the data processing layer. The unification, Lagrangian interpolation method of processing data missing and eigenvalue processing are be taken to clean and integrate the data, thereby improve production efficiency.
