Abstract:
In view of the uneven load distribution of the multi-drive motors, the overload operation causes the motor windings to overheat, resulting in insulation reduction or even burnout, and the power waste caused by the low efficiency of underload operation. This paper proposes a combined control method of master-slave control method and current average value control method to realize multi-motor drive power balance adjustment for mining belt transportation. Analyze the power balance between the motors in the drive system of the large and long-distance belt transmission system with multiple drive motors, and compare the main methods of power balance adjustment, combining the actual situation with the improved current average control method and the master-slave control method. The method to adjust the power balance. This paper takes the copper mine dumping and transportation system as the research object, and aims at saving energy and improving production efficiency and economic benefits. The designed multi-motor-driven mining belt transmission system based on PLC control basically achieves the expected effect.
