Abstract:
According to different production speeds, cigarette packaging machines can be divided into low-speed, medium-speed and high-speed models. Different cigarette production speeds will also affect the collection speed and collection accuracy of the two-dimensional code of cigarette packaging. In this project, we propose a data collection and processing system based on the Focke FXS soft-pack high-speed model, and the system is verified in the actual production environment. In this project, the cigarette packages are printed with an industrial traceability code (in this project we use grid code for the cigarette package correlation test [1], grid code is an industrial-specific two-dimensional code technology, which is a very efficient dot code) as the unique identification of the cigarette packages. And the unique identification of the cigarette packages are collected by high-speed industrial cameras, which are then decoded and correlated in the background for the three kinds of cigarette packages(primary, secondary, tertiary packages). At the same time, a handheld PDA is provided to perform random inspection and verification of the correlated grid code information of the cigarette packages.
