Research on Ordering and Transportation of Raw Materials Based on TOPSIS Method and Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Abstract:
In the process of production, raw material guarantee plan provides favorable help for enterprise decision-making. In this paper, we mainly consider the ordering decision problem by data visualization and quantitative analysis. By constructing TOPSIS and multi-objective programming model, we can obtain the ordering and operation plan for the next 24 weeks. Firstly, the data are visualized and cleaned, and four evaluation indexes are constructed. According to these four evaluation indexes, the measurement system is constructed, and 50 suppliers that can guarantee the production are finally obtained by using TOPSIS evaluation model. Then we construct the target planning model by using the relevant indicators in the data. In the face of different requirements of raw materials for enterprise production, we use simulated annealing algorithm to get the most economical ordering scheme and the least loss transshipment scheme in the next 25 weeks. We transform the relationship between cost and materials, and finally get the transportation scheme with the lowest storage cost and the lowest loss.
