Abstract:
The lifetime prevalence of mental illness is 16.6% in China [1]. The public knows little about psychological knowledge and mental illnesses that mental institutions are good at treating. In addition, information is not communicated among psychological institutions. Therefore, this paper proposes a cloud-based multi-tenant mental health service platform. The platform serves for psychological institutions and common users. Psychological institutions enter the platform to provide psychological counseling services and share patient information; common users can choose suitable psychological institutions and counselors to conduct psychological counseling and learn relevant psychological knowledge when visiting the platform. The system is implemented using SpringCloud and Vue technologies. Once the platform is built, it will be deployed to the cloud. The design of the system can maximize the integration of mental health services resources to achieve patient information sharing, while breaking space barriers, so that mental health services benefit more people.
